Registration Fee:

• Regular Registration - $95
• Offering reduced registration fees for those who qualify. See details from Every Kids Sports

Dates: 

• Thursday June 12th 6pm - 8pm
• Friday June 13th 6pm - 8pm
• Saturday June 14th 9am - 11am

Registration Includes:

•  Camp T-Shirt
• Comprehensive football development experience
• Coaching instruction led by former NFL & Collegiate players
• Low coach to player teaching ratio for customized training
• Camp compettions and individual recogniztion
• Players grouped by current skill level and age
• Written evaluation and recommendations for continued development after camp
• In-Depth training for all skill levels, beginer to advanced, experienced player. We will make them better
• Advanced skill development in a fun, encouraging environment

Consent: By completing this registration form, I agree that the participants, volunteers, and fans will be using the program equipment and program game field. I assume full responsibility for the lost, damaged, or misuse of all equipment that can occur on the program's premises or at home.

Consent: I agree to follow the rules of conduct and play set by Extreme Flag Football. I will be provided the Parent's Code of Conduct and the Coach's Code of Conduct at the first practice or at the Parent's meeting. Failure to follow the Code of Conduct may result in suspension from the participation of the player, parents, guests, or others.

Consent: I authorize Extreme Flag to use any photographs, pictures, or another likeness of me or anyone assigned guardianship to my child, as they deem appropriate in its promotional materials or team films.

Refund Policy: Once you complete registration, we cannot offer a refund. Please ensure that you are able and willing to participate before payment. If you have any question, please don't hesitate to get in touch with info@extremeflagfootball.com so that we can answer them before you complete the registration. Once we receive the funds, they are immediately used to order things for your player. Extreme Flag Football is a non-profit organization, all funds collected are used directly for the players and the league.
